Who We Are
Trajanus USA is a construction management firm built by professionals who have spent their careers in the field — not behind a desk. Founded in 2013, we deliver project management, quality control, design review, and disaster response services for federal, state, and commercial construction.
Our team of 12 specialists has collectively managed over $1.2 billion in Department of Defense construction projects. We operate across time zones, from CONUS installations to remote Pacific theaters, using proprietary technology that sets us apart from traditional CM firms.
The name Trajanus comes from the Roman emperor who built more infrastructure than any leader in history — roads, aqueducts, bridges, harbors. That’s our standard. Build it right. Build it to last.

The Team
Bill King
Bill brings 30+ years of construction management experience across every project type — airports, hospitals, schools, military installations, and federal facilities. USACE certified with dual engineering degrees. Former State of New Mexico Facilities Management Division. He has managed projects from the Arctic Circle to the Philippines and built Trajanus on the principle that experience plus technology beats headcount every time.
Tom Chlebanowski
Tom is a licensed Professional Engineer and Attorney with two decades of complex federal construction experience. Currently delivering critical infrastructure projects from the Marshall Islands, he specializes in Pacific region operations, NAVFAC compliance, and the intersection of engineering and construction law.
